Announcing the Render 2016 t-shirt!

We’re a big fan of surprises, so we usually keep the t-shirt designs for our conferences under wraps until the day itself. But we’ve decided to mix things up this year and show you what the Render t-shirt will look like, a few weeks in advance of you getting your hands on it. (We’re basically too excited to keep it to ourselves this time!) So without further ado, here’s the Render 2016 t-shirt design in all its splendour…
Sweet, right?! The t-shirts are in production at the moment, so this is a mockup rather than the real deal, but you get a pretty good idea from the image. As usual, we’re ordering the t-shirts in male and female styles, in sizes from S to XXL. We can’t wait to see you wearing them out and about after the conference – we always such get a massive kick whenever we spot someone in one of our t-shirts that we can’t help but grin widely at them, which can admittedly be unsettling for the recipient if they don’t realise we’re the organisers!
We want to give a quick shout out to Jamie Cooper, who lovingly designed this year’s t-shirt. He also did the illustration for the jQuery UK 2015 shirt (pictured at the top of this post), which we loved almost as much as this year’s design. Speaking of jQuery UK, we’ve not forgotten our roots, and we’ve decided to award a few on-the-spot prizes for Render attendees who arrive sporting any one of the jQuery UK t-shirts from previous years. Tweet us a selfie on the day @render_conf so we know to look out for you.
Not long now until the conference itself. We’re looking forward to welcoming back old friends and making a few new ones. If you haven’t bought your ticket yet, get to it!
